Tech Lead

What you will do in our #tech_hive:

• as a true expert you will design and implement application solutions based on the cloud environment
• create new systems, based on a scalable microservices architecture
• meet with clients to understand requirements and create solutions to meet objectives
• lead the architectural and technology discussions within the team.
• conduct a Demo at the customer’s site
• implement and develop good practices in your team (ex. pair programming, test-driven development)
• take care of code review
• cooperate with Project manager and Scrum Master
• as needed, contribute as a developer

What you need to be successful in becoming one of our bees:

Tech Stack:

• Technical Knowledge – expert knowledge of IT industry subjects and trends
• 5+ years of experience in development using Java
• experience within REST API and asynchronous communication
• basic knowledge of Cloud
• technologies, ie. AWS, AZURE, GCP
  Code management & CI/CD tools (git, gitlab, jira)
• runtime platforms (docker, k8s)
  Db (sql, document, key-value, etc.)

IT Project Manager

What you will do in our #tech_hive:

• manage large, complex IT projects
• manage R&D projects while justifying budgets and resource needs to senior
  leaders and finance partners
• coordinate with a project team of developers, stakeholders, business analysts
  and other project managers to deliver projects on-time and in budget
• identify and efficiently mitigate current and future risks
• manage project risks
• build trusted relationships with key stakeholders on the Customer site

What you need to be successful in becoming one of our bees:

• demonstrated ability to plan, manage and execute IT projects
• demonstrated knowledge of at least one project management methodology
  (PMP, CSM, Prince, Safe)
• demonstrated ability to capture and clearly document user requirements from
  internal teams and external users
• experience in using collaboration software tools such as JIRA, MS Project, MS
  Office suite of applications
• degree in business or technology-related field of study
• at least 5 years of work experience – project-based work experience in a
  technology environment

.NET Developer

What you will do in our #tech_hive:

• as a .Net build and release engineer, you will be responsible for reinforcing the project team with the contribution of your competence and expertise in the design, development, testing and deployment of industrial software and automation in a multi-product environment.
• as an experienced engineer, you will also participate in the monitoring of the validation and the quality of the system developed by one or several suppliers.
• you will work closely with development, product development, and operations departments to ensure quality and timely services are delivered.
• you will support project teams with technical explorations that are needed to develop an understanding of prospective solutions which will extend and provide future business functionalities.

What you need to be successful in becoming one of our bees:

• experience with build, release and deployment on Microsoft technologies.
• experience with automating release and build processes.
• strong knowledge on .NET/C# programming skills along with Windows and virtualization technologies.
• experience with build tools – MSBuild/Nant/Ant/Maven, etc.
• basic proficiency of Version control tools – Team Foundation Server (TFS)/Bitbucket/VSTS, etc.
• experience with Windows Installer (MSI) technology with application packaging tools – WIX (3.x/4.x), InstallShield.
• web application development (HTML / CSS / Javascript).
• continuous integration tools administration – TeamCity/Jenkins/TFS Builds, etc.
• knowledge on Package management tools – Nuget, etc.
• basic proficiency with Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019
• basic understanding of SQL language and servers like MSSQL or MySQL
