Let her know! Does your friend know that she’s your role model? We all admire the strong, powerful women we see in the media, aren’t we? But what about encouraging, inspiring women in our life? They are not famous and often not in a high position, yet they support us in our careers and life goals, showing their strength, wisdom, and power.
In celebration of #IWD and this year’s theme of #breakthebias, we want to encourage women to discover a role model in the women who are close to us every day. We want to break the bias that you need an exec title or thousands of followers to impact other people’s lives positively.
